旨味に優れながらも、癖のない爽やかさで、鼻抜けの良い香りがあります。
親品種である【さえみどり】と同等の旨みを持ちながらも、
軽やかなマスカットを思わせる瑞々しい香りが特徴的です。
八女市街で栽培された平坦部のお茶ですが、旨味と香りが非常に豊かです。
葉の形状を残すように摘採・製造されているので、葉の開きがゆっくりで味わいも分かりやすいです。
朝陽を浴びて輝くような明るい葉の色は、煎を重ねるたびに季節の移り変わりを思わせます。
夜が明けるのをじっくり待つような、安らぎを求める時に選びたいお茶です。
【Toki : Sencha】
The variety [Kirari 31] was registered in 2016.
It has an excellent flavour, but is non-habitually fresh and has a pleasant aroma that is easy to get rid of on the nose.
While having a flavour comparable to that of its parent variety [Sae Midori],
It is characterised by a fresh aroma reminiscent of light Muscat.
This tea is grown in the flat areas of Yame city, but has a very rich flavour and aroma.
It is plucked and produced in such a way as to preserve the shape of the leaves, so they open slowly and the flavour is easy to identify.
The bright leaf colour, which shines in the morning sun, reminds us of the changing seasons with every roast.
This is the tea to choose when you are looking for peace and quiet, as if you are waiting for the dawn to break.
