日光を遮り、茶葉内の旨味成分であるアミノ酸を逃がさないように栽培されたお茶。
お茶は日光を遮ることによって苦味が少なく、旨味が濃くなります。
また、香りも重厚な青海苔を思わせる香りとマスカットのような爽やかな香りも同時に併せ持つのが特徴です。
急須で淹れて上等なお茶ですが、製パン用にもお使いいただけます。
アールグレイの要領でお使いください。
パンに加えた時に主張を残しつつも嫌味のないお茶の風味を味わっていただけるようにお選びいたしました。
